Provides life-cycle support/sustainment for analytic systems in accordance with requirements. Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cross Domain Solutions (CDS). This support can include: escalated Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, as well as crisis support; Help Desk support; Mission Assurance Support; Operations and Maintenance of Analytic services and capabilities; Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) requirements; end of life decommissioning; Call-in support to Extended Enterprises, including Second and Third Parties; and coordination with Development, Deployment, and Software distribution. This position is designated as emergency personnel and is authorized to work during Government closures.
All shifts needed for this position (Day, Night, and Special shifts).
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
$72.31 - $97.10 an hour
Pay Range: $72.31 - $97.10 per hour* Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. *Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
