Day Service Behavioral DSP

Saratoga Bridges is looking for a Day Service DSP who has experience in supporting people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. This candidate must be organized, creative, and have a calm presence. Being level-headed and consistent in routines are very helpful in this position. Experience working with people who have challenging behaviors is preferred. This position is located at our Ballston Spa Day Service and is a great team to work with!

This position is a Monday through Friday schedule where you'll be home in time for dinner. You'll be working with a team to provide experiences in the community such as volunteering or visiting sites. There are opportunities to participate in art projects and classroom activities too.

In the classroom you will:

• Run & document daily goals for the people you are working with


• Provide hands on support to the people in your classroom


• Help individuals prepare for opportunities in their community

A high school diploma and valid driver's license is required for this position.
