Job Requirements:

• Availability Monday-Saturday
• Available to be scheduled between 6:00AM and 5:00pm
• Must be able to work at least 4 daytime shifts per week
• Must be available during lunch shifts (10:30AM-2:00PM)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• No prior experience necessary; we provide paid training

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service with a smile
• Collaborate with a motivated team to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and serve delicious food items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant

Kitchen (Back of House) Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
