Position Type:

• Seasonal positions are unavailable at this time.
• Full-time and Part-time are available.
• Team Member pay ranges between $10-$14/hour.

Front of House Responsibilities:

• Serve the guests with care!
• Be knowledgeable of the menu, systems and processes for all positions on Front Counter and Drive Thru.
• Keep the Front Counter/Dining Room neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Willing to work outside to take Drive Thru orders.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, guidelines and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Back of House Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen at all times.
• Provide quick, accurate and fresh products for the guests.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, guidelines and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
