If you have a passion for helping patients, a strategic mindset for advancing therapy in your local market, and the experience to support clinicians in complex cases; let\u2019s talk about how your skills paired with the Boston Scientific organization can advance Deep Brain Stimulation in your geography. \n\n \n\nYour responsibilities will include: \n\n * Drive sales revenue to achieve territory objectives. \n\n\n\n\n * Cultivating a customer base, continuously prospecting for new customers, act on leads and persuasively position our commercially approved products and services versus competitors. \n\n\n\n\n * Develop key relationships with functional neurosurgeons, movement disorder clinicians, technicians, nurses and patients. \n\n\n\n\n * Thrive within a high-achiever culture. \n\n\n\n\n * Cultivate thorough knowledge and insight of competitor technology strengths, weaknesses and strategies. \n\n\n\n\n * Demonstrate financial discipline and optimize resources at the territory level. \n\n\n\n\n * Understand hospital buying process for implantable devices. Collaborate with sales leadership, Health Education \u0026 Reimbursement to achieve on-contract status at key accounts. \n\n\n\n\n * Support complex neurosurgery cases. Maintain composure in complex clinical situations. \n\n\n\n\n * Lead local Health Care Provider training on device technology and device programming capability. Support academic center journal clubs and Allied Health Practioner skill development. \n\n\n\n\n * This position is a field-based sales position within the assigned territory. You will be in daily collaboration with other local Therapy Consultants, Field Clinical Representatives, and the Regional Business Director in your area. \n\n\n\n\n \n\nMinimum Qualifications: \n\n \n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree. \n\n\n\n\n * 5 years\u2019 work experience in a sales and/or clinical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience. \n\n\n\n\n \n\nPreferred Qualifications: \n\n \n\n * Medical device sales and/or clinical education experience. \n\n\n\n\n * Experience with functional neurosurgeons, Parkinson\u2019s Disease, movement disorders, physical therapy, registered nurse, surgical technician, or similar field. \n\n\n\n\nRequisition ID: 629018\n\nThe anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $80,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
