Staff supervision & scheduling

Direct, train, and support employees in the C-store, deli, and lounge

Create and adjust work schedules to ensure proper coverage

Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed

Oversee daily opening and closing procedures in all assigned areas

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations

Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and daily deposits are accurate

Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner

Address and resolve service or product issues promptly

Maintain appropriate stock levels in the C-store, deli, and lounge

Review and submit purchase orders, verify deliveries, and ensure accurate invoicing

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
