Yana spoke to Isabel and send resume of Dr. Kode for a postion. Isabel is interviewing her contacts and will let me know if they want to hire from us. To calculate perm placement: Daily production of a dds is between 2500 and 5500 with median being 3700. They pay 27% production to the dentist, that would equal to $1000 PER DAY.

 For discount go with 2500 production at 27% equaling to 675 per day.
