Job Description - DDS/DMD - California

*DocStar Medical Partners - Job Opportunity, New Listing*

Facility Type:	PPO Office
Provider Profession Needed:	DDS/DMD
Specialty:	Dentistry
Start Date:	June 29
End Date:	3 months
Length of Assignment:	3 months plus extension *looking for a long-term locum to possibly work more days in the future
Credentialing Timeframe:	2-3 weeks
Work Schedule:	Thursdays and Fridays 2 days per week*
Patient Volume:	10-20 patients per day (including hygiene)
Procedures:	locum who can perform crowns, fillings, extractions, and molar procedures. Must be comfortable doing their own hygiene
EMR:	Eagle soft
License Needed:	CA
Certifications Needed:	BC
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:
