Dealership Parts Manager

Rare Leadership Opportunity Due to an Upcoming Retirement

Capitol Nissan Infiniti in San Jose is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to take over a well-established department as our current manager prepares for retirement. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive professional to step into a stable operation with strong support, an established customer base, and long-term growth potential.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive department performance, maintain strong inventory controls, and successfully lead a team in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and returns
  
• Lead, train, and develop a team of 4–5 parts employees
  
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support service and wholesale operations
  
• Monitor KPIs, gross profit, and department performance
  
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of CDK DMS (required)
  
• Build strong relationships with service, sales, and vendors
  
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards (Nissan/Infiniti experience highly preferred)
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Manager
  
• Strong working knowledge of CDK DMS (REQUIRED)
  
• Nissan or Infiniti brand experience strongly preferred
  
• Ability to lead and manage a small team (4–5 employees)
  
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
• Track record of hitting gross profit and inventory turn goals
