Full-Time Dealership Receptionist

Bell Audi is seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Receptionist to join our team in Edison, NJ.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming dealership experience. We are looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Full-Time
  
• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
  
• Rotating Saturdays
  
• One weekday off each week when scheduled to work Saturday

Responsibilities

• Answer and professionally direct incoming dealership phone calls
  
• Greet customers and visitors and provide a welcoming first impression
  
• Direct customers to the appropriate Sales, Service, Parts, or other dealership departments
  
• Notify team members when customers or guests arrive
  
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Service departments
  
• Assist with stocking in new and used vehicle inventory
  
• Assign and maintain dealer plates for sales vehicles
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  
• Assist with general dealership administrative tasks as needed
  
• Work closely with the dealership team to provide an exceptional customer experience
  

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Professional and friendly demeanor
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
  
• Dependable and punctual
  
• Comfortable working a rotating Saturday schedule
  
• Professional appearance
  
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
