Dealership Service Receptionist

Porsche Audi Dealership looking for an enthusiastic individual  to join our Service Team. As a Service Receptionist  you will be the first point of contact for our company. We are looking for a professional attitude and appearance for this customer service role

Responsibilities include:

-Greet, happily welcome and assist guests as they call into our dealership.

-Close and cashier out completed repair orders with clients as they pick up their vehicles.

-Schedule daily service appointments via phone.

-Direct visitors.

-Basic computer skills needed.

-Reynolds and Reynolds and X-Time Experience a Plus.

-Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone.

-File paperwork.
