Dealership Title Clerk

Gurley Leep Automotive family is hiring a Title Clerk. Must have automotive title duties experience. Compensation rate is based on experience. Ideal candidate will have experience automotive titling experience. We are a dealership group with 24 locations across 5 states and continue to expand. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process new and used vehicles for registration both in and out of state
• Maintain Motor Vehicle schedule
• Post daily Motor Vehicle transactions
• Understand Missouri tax laws with respect to vehicle registration
• Title flips in and out of state
• Accounting Schedule Reconciliations
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

LEEP123

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Illinois titling.
• Knowledge of CVR systems is recommended.
• Understand basic accounting
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates
• Experience processing title work in a dealership environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
