Job Description - Dean

The Dean is responsible for the delivery of educational programs and services through:

3+ years in management, academic operations and accreditation compliance is preferred.

Hiring and training faculty/academic staff

Manage faculty and staff

Monitor and maintain campus curricula

Manage delivery of educational services

Oversee and monitor student performance

Review and manage reports

The Dean must have a minimum of a Doctorate Degree with previous academic experience and management experience.
