Job Description - Dedicated Auto Parts Driver - Excellent Pay & Daily Home Time!

Are you looking for a CDL-A driving job that offers great pay and gets you home daily? Look no further! We're hiring dedicated drivers for an auto parts account in the Gastonia, NC area.

Home Time: Home DAILY for most routes!
Pay Highlights:
• Starting Pay: $0.46 per mile
• Weekly Guaranteed Minimum: $1,300
• Average Weekly Miles: 1,700-1,800

Job Details:
• Location: Within 50 miles of Gastonia, NC
• Routes: NC, SC, TN, KY, and VA
• Schedule: Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat (varied schedules)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth and Freightliner trucks (2018 and up)

Key Responsibilities:
• 3-10 stops per delivery
• Unload at stores using an electric pallet jack
• Handle approximately 40 unloads per week

Bonuses:
• $500 New Hire Bonus (paid on second paycheck)
• $3,000 Referral Bonus

Additional Pay:
• $30 Stop Pay for ALL stops
• $17/hour Delay Pay

Career Growth:
• $0.02 pay increases every 12 months (up to $0.57/mile)
• After 1 year: $1,500 weekly minimum guarantee

Requirements:
• 6 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Hazmat endorsement
• Comfortable with night driving
