Dedicated Caregiver

We are currently seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide personalized assistance to elderly individuals in their daily routines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, genuine concern for the elderly, and a strong commitment to offering support to those in need.

Responsibilities:

- Assist elderly individuals with tasks including dressing, bathing, meal planning, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.

- Provide personalized and thoughtful care to meet the unique needs of each senior.

- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with dietary guidelines.

- Ensure timely administration of prescribed medications.

- Support with transfers and mobility as required.

- Monitor the elderly person's health status closely and communicate any changes to the appropriate parties.

- Engage seniors in social activities to promote their overall well-being.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for the elderly individual.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in patient care or a similar role is preferred.

- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a willingness to assist those in need.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to remain calm and provide care in challenging situations.

- Familiarity with established care standards and procedures.

- Certification in CPR and first aid is a plus.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
