Job Description - Dedicated CDL-A Regional Driver

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for our major carrier partner's multi-stop routes in the upper Midwest. Drivers will hand unload freight using cargo rollers.
 

Key Details:
- Equipment: Freightliners and Internationals, 53' Dry Vans
- Routes: 1350 miles/week average, 6-7 stops/week
- Home Time: 34-48 hour reset weekly
- Driver-friendly policies: Take truck home, pet and rider allowed

 

Compensation:
- $1,600/week average
- Pay scale based on experience, up to $0.66/mile for new drivers
- $1,200 weekly guarantee for first 60 days
- $0.005/mile increase every 6 months (max $0.70/mile)
- Top 20% drivers earn $90,000+ annually

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years or older
- Ability to lift and unload freight

 

Training:
- 1 week ride-along/unload training
