Dedicated CDL-A Team Drivers Trainees Welcome

Looking to build your career with dedicated reefer miles and weekly home time? We have open seats for dedicated team drivers running scheduled round-trips from Sacramento up through the Pacific Northwest. Great fit for new CDL graduates/trainees as well as experienced drivers. Established teams welcome, and single drivers will be paired up!

Pay & Mileage

• Weekly Earnings: ~$1,200 to $1,800 gross per driver per week ($62,400 – $93,600/year projection).
• Miles: 4,500 to 5,000 team miles weekly.
• Activity Pay: $15.00 stop pay plus $15.00 unload pay per stop when assisting with electric pallet jack unloads.

Routes & Schedule

• Corridor: Sacramento, CA round-trips to Portland, OR and Seattle, WA distribution hubs.
• Equipment & Freight: Temperature-controlled reefer trailers; preloaded freight with multi-stop store deliveries.
• Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-hour restart (regularly passing through the house).
• Shifts: Rotating day/night dispatches; weekend and scheduled holiday runs apply.

Driver Requirements

• Active Class A CDL (Entry-level trainees, recent grads, and experienced first-seat drivers welcome)
• Must live within 50 miles of Sacramento, CA (95833)
• Clean driving record and background check
• Valid DOT medical card and passing pre-hire drug screening (hair & urine)
