Delivery Assistant - Local/Regional Route, Day Shift

Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills and customer service focused.


• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, professional, hard-working individual with the ability to work with limited supervision.


• Must be physically capable of handling and delivering product weighing up to 50 lbs. and keg beer weighing up to 165 lbs.


• Must be able to reach, pull, twist, bend, and stoop to move product.


• Must be able to lift/lower 50 lbs. regularly and lift/lower up to 165 lbs. occasionally.


• Must be able to push/pull up to 250 lbs. regularly using a hand truck/dolly.


• Must have reliable transportation to and from facility.


• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check with satisfactory results. 


• NO CLASS A CDL REQUIRED.

Job Duties

• Assist in the delivery of Kohlfeld Distributing products within assigned accounts in a professional and courteous manner.
  


• Accurately inventory, inspect, and deliver invoiced product to Kohlfeld Distributing’s customer base. Rotate stock as required.


• Executing invoices, obtaining payment for product when necessary, and all related paperwork.


• Provide great customer service at every opportunity.


• Comply with company work safe practices and safety standards.


• Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Management.
