As vehicles are getting more and more technologically advanced and customer service is becoming even more critical, Tom’s Ford is in need of a Vehicle Delivery Specialist to assist our clients in a professional and dynamic delivery process. The ideal candidate is technology-oriented and has exceptional customer service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES & LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES:



  • Commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of our brand’s vehicles accessories and technology

  • Give customers in-depth information on owner’s manual and warranty

  • Demonstrate features of the vehicle, show the customer navigation, Sync (i.e. help them connect Bluetooth to their mobile phone)

  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction

  • Dealership orientation welcome tour – introducing customers to the various points of interest of the dealership such as parts, service etc

  • Picking up and dropping off swap vehicles to other dealerships when needed

  • Bringing vehicles to a potential client’s home or business to explain product features and benefits

  • Take photos of used vehicles when needed

  • Growth in the sales department to further career

  • Support the Sales Department throughout the sales and delivery process as needed


 


QUALIFICATIONS:


We're looking for a friendly, tech-savvy individual to fill our Delivery Coordinator / Product Specialist opening. This role if heavily focused on customer service. You don’t have to have automotive experience to be successful, but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and ability to learn product knowledge.



  • Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience

  • Ability to adapt

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays 

  • Good with technology

  • Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career

  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")

  • Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong presentation skills

  • Valid U.S. Driver's license
