Delivery Driver

The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting merchandise from the warehouse or store to customer locations. This role includes loading and unloading goods, navigating efficient delivery routes, and providing excellent customer service during each delivery. The Delivery Driver ensures all items arrive in good condition, completes necessary delivery documentation, and upholds company standards for professionalism, safety, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, secure, and transport merchandise to customer homes or businesses.
• Safely operate company vehicles and follow all traffic laws.
• Deliver products on schedule while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Inspect delivery vehicles and report any maintenance needs.
• Assist customers with placement or basic setup of delivered items when needed.
• Complete delivery logs, documentation, and return receipts.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to safety.
