DELIVERY DRIVER AND INSTALLER

Job Description

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers.

Previous driving and installation experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive

training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

● Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day

● Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections

● Safely unload and stage material at job site

● Report safety, customer or quality concerns

● Deliver and install products for our customers

● Ensure precise, accurate installations

● Safely and efficiently use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment

● Work on ladders as needed

● Maintain high standards of workmanship and job-site safety

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

● Experience with driving, installation, or construction work preferred

● Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

● Ability to work as part of a team

● Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented

● Commitment to quality

● Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record and be comfortable driving a truck and trailer to job sites throughout service areas

Physical Requirements

The minimum physical requirements for this position include:

● Able to lift, carry, and load materials and equipment (up to 60 lbs. unassisted)

● Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching

● Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods of time (8-10 hours a day)

● Strong grip, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills to operate power tools (drills, saws) and hand tools safety

● Physical stamina to withstand varying and sometimes extreme weather conditions, including intense heat, cold, and rain

● Normal or corrected vision to read measurements, ensure perfect leveling and spot structural hazards
