  • Support new product introductions and SKU rationalization efforts to manage complexity and improve forecast quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
  • 3–6+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning, ideally within consumer goods, beauty, or a fast-paced CPG environment
  • Proven experience working with international supply chains, including global manufacturing, cross-border inventory flows, and region-specific demand planning
  • Demonstrated success planning demand across multiple sales channels, including DTC/ecommerce, wholesale, distribution, retail, and professional channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience using forecasting models, statistical techniques, and demand planning methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience working with ERP and planning systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or similar tools
  • Experience managing demand planning across large SKU counts, multiple brands, and complex channel mixes
  • Exposure to S&OP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, including demand reviews, scenario planning, and cross-functional alignment
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional partners and senior leadership
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
  • Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
