Job Summary

Naples Dental Boutique is seeking a professional and dependable Dental Assistant to support clinical operations and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. This position works closely with the dentist and clinical team to prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, maintain sterilization standards, and support patient care from check in through treatment completion. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced dental environment that emphasizes patient comfort and high quality care.

High school diploma or equivalent required

• Dental Assistant certification or related dental assisting education preferred

• Previous experience in a dental office or clinical setting preferred

• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization procedures, and chairside assisting techniques

• Familiarity with digital dental software and imaging systems preferred

• Strong communication and patient service skills

• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
