We are seeking a Dental Assistant looking to grow in a modern, fast-paced dental office

What We Offer:

Total Compensation: Competitive hourly pay plus a comprehensive benefits package valued at approximately

$8,000–$10,000+ annually, Total All in Compensation (TAC) can include $28 to $36 per hour inclusive of:

• Health insurance ($425/month employer contribution)
• Dental and vision insurance: Office-sponsored policy
• Retirement plan 
• Paid time off - up to 14 days PTO after 12 months.

Job Overview:

• Welcome patients to the office and ensure a positive experience
• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Take and process digital dental radiographs (x-rays). CBCT experience is a plus. 
• Provide patients with instructions for post-treatment oral care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a dental assistant (REQUIRED)
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Punctual and dependable
• Flexible schedule, including extended hours when needed
• Computer literacy and typing proficiency
