Dental Assistant

We're looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with dentists and hygienists to ensure patients receive top-notch care in a comfortable and efficient environment. You'll play a key part in keeping our practice running smoothly, from preparing treatment rooms to supporting clinical procedures. Responsibilities

Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including preparing and passing instruments, taking radiographs, and ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit Maintain strict infection control protocols by sterilizing instruments, disinfecting treatment areas, and adhering to OSHA and CDC guidelines Communicate effectively with patients before, during, and after procedures to address questions, explain treatment plans, and provide post-care instructions

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Dental Assistant certification or have completed an accredited dental assisting program, with state-required radiography certification preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make patients feel at ease, particularly those who may experience dental anxiety
