We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental care team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical environment while supporting dentists in delivering high-quality patient care. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, assisting during procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records.

*Responsibilities:*
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment and instruments are clean, sterile, and properly stocked before patient visits.
- Assist dentists during procedures by passing instruments, managing suction, and providing retraction.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, oral hygiene practices, and preventive dental care.
- Maintain and update patient records, including treatment notes, radio graphs, and insurance information.
- Operate and maintain dental equipment such as X-ray machines, autoclaves, and dental chairs.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with front office staff to ensure timely care.
- Follow strict infection control protocols and comply with OSHA and CDC guidelines.
- Support the dental team in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure a positive and professional environment.
