What You'll Do

• 
  

  Assist orthodontists during patient appointments

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare treatment rooms and clinical instruments

  
  


• 
  

  Perform sterilization and infection-control procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with braces, adjustments, retainers and other orthodontic treatments

  
  


• 
  

  Take digital scans, photographs and X-rays when authorized

  
  


• 
  

  Educate patients about oral hygiene and orthodontic care

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate clinical records

  
  


• 
  

  Help keep patient appointments running smoothly

  
  

Who We're Looking For

• 
  

  Dental assistant with experience 

  
  


• 
  

  Orthodontic experience preferred 

  
  


• 
  

  Dental assisting credentials where required by state law

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable, professional and comfortable working with patients

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in a fast-paced dental office

  
  


• 
  

  Some evening and Saturday availability
