Our Front Office Coordinators are the warm smile and face of the practice.  

Schedule:

We are a family focused team and our schedule reflects that. Our teams will enjoy a 4 day work schedule from 9:00-4:00 with patients and NO WEEKENDS!

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate brings superior patient service and scheduling experience, organizational skills and polished communication to provide general administrative and office support to our dentistry team


• Offer superior patient service at all points of communication


• Greet patients warmly and alert appropriate team of patient arrival


• Facilitate answering phones and routing calls; take messages


• Facilitate scheduling and confirm appointments accurately


• Adjusts the schedule for maximum efficiency to reflect the doctor’s schedule while maintaining the best patient care


• Coordinate and execute patient referrals


• Collect and enter payments 


• Build rapport with patients to promote the practice (ask for referrals and google reviews)


• Organized self-starter and motivated problem solver
