Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist in Rochester, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Dental Hygienist role focused on preventative care and patient education
• Structured clinical environment with full support staff and organized workflows
• Stable weekday-only schedule designed to support work-life balance
• Community-focused dental organization committed to high-quality preventative oral healthcare
• Western Pennsylvania location with strong community atmosphere and easy access to Pittsburgh region

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $62,000+ based on experience
• Additional $3,000 increase after obtaining Public Health Hygienist certification

SCHEDULE
• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• No weekends required

ROLE
• Apply sealants and fluoride treatments to support preventative dental care
• Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth
• Assess oral health conditions and communicate findings to dentists
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient treatment plans
• Educate patients on preventative oral health and hygiene practices

• Clear and active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED
• Experience applying sealants and fluoride treatments REQUIRED
• Ability to assess oral health and communicate findings effectively REQUIRED

• Experience documenting patient care and treatment plans REQUIRED
• Preventative and community-focused care approach preferred
