Dental Patient Coordinator

Chalmers Dental | Sacramento, CA

Chalmers Dental is looking for a Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time. We're looking for someone with dental front-office experience who is friendly, organized, dependable, and enjoys working directly with patients.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $25–$30/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

As a Patient Coordinator, you'll help keep the front office running smoothly while providing a positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities include:

Welcoming patients and assisting with check-in and check-out

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Answering phones and assisting patients with questions

Verifying dental insurance and helping patients understand their benefits

Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options

Collecting payments and maintaining patient accounts

Coordinating with the clinical team

Maintaining accurate patient records

Helping with day-to-day front-office responsibilities

What We're Looking For

1+ years of dental front-office experience

Strong communication and customer service skills

Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy dental office

Open Dental experience preferred
