We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Patient Access Representative to join our dental care team. This vital role ensures smooth patient flow and a positive experience for all visitors by managing appointment scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification. Schedule & Perks

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Clinics close at 2 PM every Friday
• Up to 200 hours (5 weeks) PTO annually

• Meaningful, mission-driven work

1. High school graduate or equivalent
2. Professional office and/or customer service experience
3. Basic office skills such as typing and filing
4. Ability to travel between MHK and JC clinics, as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bi-lingual
2. Dental treatment scheduling experience
3. EHR software experience
4. Experience professionally discussing financial status and arrangements with patients
5. Dental insurance processing and pre-authorization experience
