What You’ll Do

• Serve as the welcoming face of the practice with a positive, high-energy attitude
• Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Manage phones, scheduling, and daily workflow
• Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly
• Verify insurance, process billing, and handle claims
• Coordinate patient care and follow up on pending treatment
• Maintain accurate records and ensure clear communication across the team

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of insurance, billing, and treatment presentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
