Dental Treatment Coordinator

Join our practice as a Dental Treatment Coordinator - helping patients to achieve their best smiles and excellent oral health is what this job is about. We need someone for this role who speaks Chinese.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients with a positive attitude
• Manage appointment scheduling and answer phone calls
• Handle insurance verification and payment processing
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage office communications
• Present treatment plans to patients and help them understand their financial responsibility etc.

Billingual Chinese is a major plus

Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or dental Front Desk/Assistant.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable in a sales position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25 - $35 per hour
