Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our thriving team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our patients and the dental team, guiding patients through their treatment options and facilitating a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and financial options.
• Assist patients with financing options.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-up visits to ensure timely treatment.
• Coordinate with the dental team to prepare treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Manage patient records and billing information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Office hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday,

8:30 am - 2:30 pm Friday

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.

Proficient in Dentrix

Knowledgeable in verifying insurance eligibility and benefits

Must be able to prepare the treatment plans and close cases

Experience discussing treatment costs and financing options with patients

Eligible to work in the United States

• Salary $33-$35 per hour plus production-based bonuses
