What we're looking for:

• Extensive experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office.


• Proven ability to handle complex cases such as implants, bone grafts, bridges, and crowns.


• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, explaining treatment plans and answering any questions.


• Strong organizational skills, able to efficiently manage busy schedules.


• A professional and compassionate approach to patient care.


• Assist patients in obtaining third-party financing and exploring other available options.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with scheduling and coordinating complex dental procedures.


• Communicating treatment details to patients clearly and confidently.


• Ensuring smooth patient flow and assisting the clinical team with preparation and follow-up.


• Providing exceptional service to every patient and supporting the overall success of the office.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a dental office.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Highly organized with great attention to detail.


• Knowledge of dental office software is a plus.

Location: Monument, CO

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
