Dental Treatment Coordinator – $33–$35/hr | Monday–Friday | No Weekends Group Health Dental | Times Square, New York, NY | Full-Time | In-Person

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 

Saturday & Sunday: always off

What you'll do

• Present and close comprehensive dental treatment plans with confidence
• Educate patients on financing options including CareCredit, Lending Club, and Sunbit
• Handle in-network, out-of-network, and union insurance billing and breakdowns
• Manage accounts receivable, patient follow-up, and insurance collections
• Coordinate scheduling and case flow across a fast-paced, 22-operatory office
• Build lasting patient relationships that drive retention and referrals
• Collaborate with the clinical team on multi-specialty case coordination

What we're looking for

• 3+ years as a dental treatment coordinator or in a dental sales role required
• Proven track record presenting and closing dental treatment plans
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and patient education
• Proficiency in dental insurance billing in-network, out-of-network, and union plans
• Experience with third-party patient financing (CareCredit, Lending Club, Sunbit)
• Open Dental experience strongly preferred; Google Suite, Zoom, and Asana a plus
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and case-closing skills
• Highly organized with strong multitasking ability in a high-volume environment
