Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Thursday: 7:40 AM–5:00 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM; Wednesday until 6:00 PM every 6 weeks)
• Pay Rate: Starting at $28 per hour, based on experience, and performance-based bonuses to reward your contribution.
• Work Location: In-person – Old Greenwich Dental Center, CT

What We’re Looking For:

Our ideal candidate is a confident and experienced dental professional who can effectively present and close treatment plans, navigate insurance complexities, and create a seamless patient experience from consultation to scheduling.

• Experience: 2+ years in a Dental Treatment Coordinator or sales-oriented dental role
• Sales & Communication: Ability to present treatment plans and close cases with professionalism and empathy
• Dental Knowledge: Deep understanding of dental procedures and patient education
• Insurance Mastery: Skilled in union, in-network, out-of-network billing, and third-party financing (CareCredit, Lending Club, Sunbit and Cherry)
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Open Dental (preferred), Google Suite, Zoom, and Asana for daily workflow
• Organizational Strength: Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in billing, scheduling, and case presentations
• Patient-Focused: Committed to building strong patient relationships and supporting long-term retention

Your Responsibilities:

• Present & manage treatment plans, collaborating closely with the clinical team
• Drive treatment acceptance and office revenue using confident, ethical sales techniques
• Guide patients through financing options , including CareCredit, Lending Club, and Sunbit
• Assist with patient and insurance collections (AR support)
• Verify insurance, process claims, and manage insurance breakdowns
• Maintain organized, efficient workflows for treatment coordination and front office responsibilities
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for seamless patient flow
• Monitor and help improve KPIs like treatment acceptance, collections, and production
