Dentist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our client's private practice. The office is a state of the art one with an amazing team and a busy patient base already developed. A full time dentist can expect to earn between 300K and 400K the first year just doing general restorative. A dentist can earn even more if they do advanced procedures.

It is located in the quiet community of Dowling Park. Approximately 1 hour southeast of Tallahassee and 20 minutes west of Live Oak. The area offers wonderful schools, a low cost of living, low crime rate and proximity to many outdoor activities in Florida's Nature Coast.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general dentistry, along with the ability to perform oral surgery and dental fabrication. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care while adhering to all relevant health regulations and safety protocols. The dentist will work closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including performing oral surgeries as needed.
• Create treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring informed consent is obtained.
• General restorative procedures is all that is required.
• If proficient in advanced procedures that would be a plus but they are not required.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license with the ability to practice dentistry in the designated location.
• 2+ years of experience or an AEGD/GPR completed
• Ability to work independently, as the solo dentist in the office
• Ability to work full time
