Position Overview

This role is situated within the Health Care sector and serves as a critical support function for dental practitioners. Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct support to the dentist during clinical procedures, including instrument preparation and patient positioning.

- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and sterilization standards for all dental equipment.

- Manage patient intake procedures, including updating medical histories and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

- Assist in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and organized.

- Educate patients on post-operative care instructions and oral hygiene practices as directed by the supervising dentist.

- Coordinate appointment scheduling and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

- Possess a valid certification or degree relevant to dental assisting or a related health field.

- Demonstrate 0 to 1 year of practical experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.

- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

- Be proficient in using standard dental software and office management tools.

- Show a commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards in healthcare.
