Compensation Package: Up to a $50k Sign\-on Bonus, Minimum Guaranteed Base Pay of $210,000 \- $240,000, and bonus opportunities above production goals.

Requirements:

• Active Dental License in the State of Oklahoma
  


• Comfortable with molar endo, surgical extractions, and pediatrics
  


• Graduated from an accredited dental school
  


• Active DEA, BLS, ACLS certifications
