About the Role

• Implement Merlin Day Academy's curriculum and therapeutic educational model.


• Collaborating daily with client teams to ensure coordinated support and goal alignment.


• 
  
  Conduct ongoing data collection, analysis, evaluations, and documentation within required timelines.
  
  


• Providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to Special Education Teachers to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth

Requirements

• Masters degree


• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Learning Behavior Specialist 1 endorsement (LBS1)  preferred


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a special education classroom


• Knowledge of learning styles & instructional methods and techniques.  


• Expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorder  


• Experience working with children with learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and emotional disabilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $69,000 - 80,000
