The Role

Basis is hiring Deployment Intelligence Strategists (5-10 years) to own post-sale implementation and adoption of its AI platform at top accounting firms. You will bring strong customer empathy, process orientation and ideally some accounting background to a fast-growing team deploying real AI agents into the real economy.

What You Will Do

• Own the customer journey from contract signing through pilot, implementation, training and ongoing adoption.
• Run workshops and training sessions that teach accounting firms to use Basis's AI agents.
• Troubleshoot issues and act as the primary project manager for each account.
• Translate customer business goals into agent workflows that transform how accounting gets done.
• Give Engineering constant product feedback from customer interactions.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation, financial transformation or a related customer-facing role at a startup or mid-stage company
• Strong articulation, customer empathy and enterprise relationship management
• Process orientation and end-to-end management of complex platform implementations
• Based in NYC and able to work in the Flatiron office 5 days a week
• US work authorization without sponsorship

Nice to Have

• Accounting fundamentals (QuickBooks, NetSuite, general ledger); a CPA or accounting background is a major plus

REVENUE: 17.5% of first-year salary. Est. fee per hire $31K-$35K; 7 seat(s) = up to $230K if all filled.
