The Deputy is the office's primary point of contact for people who report or are reported against, from first contact through resolution: explaining rights and options, arranging and documenting supportive measures, carrying ongoing case management, and coordinating alternative and restorative resolution. In parallel, the Deputy owns the institution's prevention and education program, including the four-year student curriculum, bystander intervention programming, faculty and staff education, the peer educator program, community partnerships, required compliance trainings, and prevention communications. The Deputy Coordinator will work closely with various campus constituencies, including the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Institutional Diversity, Wyckoff Center Director, Campus Safety, Human Resources, Athletics, Residential Life, Campus Life and Engagement, Student Accessibility Services, The Learning Commons, academic leadership and the General Counsel, among others.
Responsibilities include:
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree in higher education, social work, counseling, public health, law, human resources or a related field and/or training or certification in Title IX administration, trauma-informed practice, restorative justice or restorative practice, mediation or facilitation or victim advocacy preferred.

This position is primarily an on-campus role and requires regular evening and weekend work for programming, training delivery, and time-sensitive response. The role requires visible presence across campus and consistent availability to community members.
Pay range: $68,000
