About the Role Join a real estate development division building hotels, offices, and retail spaces with real personality. This entry-level role puts you directly alongside developers, designers, and hotel brand teams, giving you hands-on exposure to how a project moves from concept to design to construction to opening. No prior experience required—just strong organizational skills, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Sit in on meetings with architects, interior designers, consultants, and hotel brand teams


• Help keep projects on track by monitoring tasks, timelines, and deliverables


• Join site visits to see projects being built in real time

Design & Branding Support

• Support how hotel brands come to life in real, physical spaces


• Assist with design packages, layouts, and FF&E selections


• Help build presentations that tell the story of a project

Project Involvement

• Work on active hotel, office, and retail developments


• Track progress from early concept through construction

Organization & Communication

• Manage files, notes, and communications across teams


• Track action items and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail


• A proactive, "I'll figure it out" mindset


• Good communication skills


• No prior full-time experience required


• No deep technical knowledge required—training provided
