Design Consultant

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for design? We’re hiring a Design Consultant to join our Personal Selection Studio team in Lake Nona, Florida. While our home office is based in Lakeland, FL, this position will work on-site at our Lake Nona location.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Help answer phones and questions
• Meet with homeowners to complete design appointment  
• Help with models or put together furniture coming in
• Administrative tasks- sending go reminder to their appointment, confirm date in computer, and put names on welcome screen, send thank you cards, after appointment paperwork  
• Change Orders for discontinued or back ordered products
• Design spec homes 
• Design Pinterest boards for digital staging
• Audit final paperwork for each other
• Help input for PS client pricing, toggling, and options of new plans and communities
• Get with vendors on samples needed
• Turn cancelled homes into specs by reviewing all options, taking a new picture of options, and doing the paperwork
• Attend product trainings/ studio trainings
• Help plan events held at studio/sales banquet or other functions
