Design Customer Web Portal using Zoho Creator (or similar e.g. Podio)

We are looking for an experienced web developer / programmer to help us develop a Zoho based customer portal with associated document management, helpdesk and work flow procsessing. Experience of Zoho Creator, Zoho Docs and Deluge would be desirable however we would consider deveopment of the web site using other platforms such as Caspio or Podio (or other similar products) and we would be glad of any advice along these lines. An ability to use / integrate Zoho into visually appealing web portals would be a big positive. Must have good spoken English language skills as preffered communication method is Skype. In short, the requirment is as follows: •         Have a customer accessible portal where our customers can: a.       Access key documents and CAD drawings b.       See a dashboard with key data / metrics about their property portfolio c.       Raise requests for work d.       Access online help and key information e.       See a simple list of expiring property inspections with prompts and reminders (and email auto alerts) f.        Complete online surveys •         On our side we will need to: a.       Action and price the request for works (some will be done automatically via look up tables so some sort of workflow decision making / routing will be needed b.       Track status of requests and the actioned work c.       View and answer customer queries d.       Upload and maintain the customers document / CAD drawing library e.       Update and maintain the customers property information f.        See lists of expiring customer inspections so we can prompt them. From the research we have done and conversations we have had directly with Zoho we belive it will need a combination of Docs, Creator, Reports and Desk rolled up into a customer accessible portal. We would be interested if you have any suggestions on how best this could be achieved (and alternative routes / platforms) and also would be very keen to see any examples of similar applications you have developed.  We wish to avoid costly bespoke web development which is why we believe Zoho is our best option to quickly develop what we need.
