Overview:
Efficiently producing parts to specification in order to ensure customer satisfaction, while reducing costs of re-work, scrap and returned goods.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain engineering drawings, bill of materials, routings and manufacturing programs.

Process ECN's & Andon change requests, as required.

Maintain engineering lead times.

Ensure that design input, approval drawings and engineering packages are reviewed and accurate.

Provide customer support, shop support and sales support, as necessary.

Provide engineering innovations for specified product line.

Maintain product design costs.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or 3 years related experience

Engineering standards, product design, design & programming software, business system software, engineering schedules, ECN & Andon System

Engineering design software (Auto Cad & SolidWorks) preferred, Microsoft Office software

QMS/ISO Training: Engineering Department Procedures (7.3.0 & 7.3.1) Engineering Work Instructions (7.3.X) and Engineering Department forms

Not required, but sheetmetal experience preferred.
