Good understanding and hands-on experience on C++, Delphi languages

Having experience on Windows development environment using COM technologies is a plus

Knowledge on multi-threading, OS concepts, Data structures and IPCs is very much needed

Having experience on understanding the existing code and developing new features.

Good coding & debugging skills.
