Designer

Summary

Our client is seeking Designers to support engineering and construction teams by preparing detailed construction drawings and design documentation for commercial projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in industry-standard drafting software, and enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare construction drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.


• Develop layouts and detailed design documents.


• Revise drawings based on engineering and client feedback.


• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and design teams.


• Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.


• Assist with design development from concept through construction.


• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing revisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.


• 2+ years of drafting or design experience.


• Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
