Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Factory Support Services team is to provide Shop Drawings for our Manufacturing Team to produce modules through multiple stages of manufacturing and construction. Rise Modular is looking for a team leader to focus on people and process management to support our efforts in successful execution and continuous improvement activities. Primary tasks will include schedule management, removing barriers and working with manufacturing to ensure their needs are being met in an efficient manner.

• Resource Management / Employee Development
• Training Program Management
• Shop Drawing Schedule Management
• Roadblock Management & Resolution
• Shop Drawing Release Management (Gatekeeper)
• Manufacturing Discrepancy Report Coordination
• Continuous Improvement Integration

Qualifications

• Transferable experience in construction or manufacturing environments
• Experience leading teams in a performance tracking environment
• Hands-on engagement - Lead by example
• Pro-Active approach to Time & Schedule Management
• Willingness to engage in Manufacturing process and develop best practices for team engagement
